What this is

A flat pad that starts warming as soon as you open the wrapper — no cable, no batteries and nothing to heat up first. An adhesive strip on the back holds it against the inside of a layer of clothing, so it travels with you.

Each pad is single use. Once it has cooled, it goes in the bin.

How it feels

The warmth builds gradually after the wrapper comes off, then holds steady for several hours before fading. It is designed to be a low, even warmth you stop noticing, not a hot spot. Individual results vary — how warm it feels depends on how many layers sit between the pad and your skin.

How to use

  1. Open the wrapper and take out the pad. It starts warming on contact with air.
  2. Peel the adhesive strip and stick the pad to the outside of a layer of clothing — never directly onto skin.
  3. Leave it in place while you need it, then peel it off and discard it once it has cooled.

Do not use a pad on skin, under a tight strap, while sleeping, or on anyone who cannot easily move away from a heat source or tell you they are too warm. If you have reduced skin sensation, circulation problems or diabetes, check with a qualified healthcare professional first.

What comes in the box

  • Individually wrapped pads, 5 or 10 depending on the pack you choose
  • A printed instruction leaflet

Questions

Can I stick it directly onto my skin?

No. It attaches to clothing. Direct skin contact with a heat source for a long period risks a burn even at a low temperature.

How long does one pad stay warm?

TODO — confirm the duration with the supplier and publish the real figure here.

Is this a medicine?

No. It is a general wellness product, not a medicine and not a medical device, and we make no medical claims for it. Speak to a qualified healthcare professional about any specific health concern.
